In this document “we” or “us” refer to BeezKneez whose office address is 2 Reecher Place, Grove, Oxfordshire, OX12 0PS, United Kingdom. By ordering from our store (“Store”), you agree to the Terms Of Purchase as set out herein in conjunction with this Site’s Terms Of Use.
Acceptance Of Order
By placing an order online you make an offer to purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We will acknowledge receipt of your order both online and via an email order confirmation but this does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer has been accepted only when we have confirmed that your order has been dispatched.
Description Of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that details of products shown within the store are accurate and up-to-date. However, from time to time there may be delays or errors, alterations may be made to products, colours within photographs may be affected by the settings of the computer on which it is viewed, etc. Therefore, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy of details, descriptions and photographs of products within the store.
Pricing Of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices within the store are accurate. However, from time to time errors may occur and where such errors occur we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and present it at the correct price. If you have placed an order at the incorrect price, we will inform you of the error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.
Availability Of Goods
We endeavour to keep the store up-to-date as and when products become out of stock although stock levels are constantly changing so there may be delays in updates and all items are therefore offered subject to availability.
Delivery
Delivery is offered within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) only.
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery normally occurs within 5–7 working days of your order being placed, however it may arrive sooner, but we cannot make guarantees since it depends on the courier. However, please note that delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot be held liable for any delay or consequence of non-delivery of any product(s) in your order, however caused.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll respond within 1–2 working days.
In the rare event that a parcel goes missing, we ask for 48 hours to open an investigation with the courier. If your order cannot be located, we will send you a replacement. Should the original parcel then arrive later, we kindly ask that you return it to us.
When placing your order, you may choose an alternative delivery address (eg work, friend, or relative) if no one will be home to receive your parcel.
Important: If you request your parcel be left in a “safe place,” this is entirely at your own risk. Neither we nor our delivery partners will be liable for any parcel that goes missing after delivery has been made in accordance with such instructions.
Shortages Or Damages In Delivery
If you believe that there are shortages in the number of products contained in a delivery or if any damage has occurred to the product(s) in transit you must contact within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
Ownership Of The Goods
Ownership of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to the customer once the product(s) have been delivered.
Cancellation Of Order
We reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of the product(s) and any delivery charge paid.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days following receipt and inspection of the product(s) – see returns information below.
Returns
We offer 14 days approval on products purchased within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s). Products posted for return later than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products are used, damaged, or not returned in a re-saleable condition.
If you wish to return any part of your order, please include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with the product. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Products should be returned in their original packaging and suitably wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with adequate insurance cover for the value of the returned product(s), as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Rejected Returns
Products posted for return more than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.
Rejected returns will be held for 7 days from the date you are notified. During this time, you must either arrange collection of the item or make payment for the delivery charge to have it returned to you.
Faulty Products
All products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We will then advise on the next steps.
If the fault is confirmed (eg damage during transit or a production issue), we will offer a replacement, refund, or credit. Please note that damage caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Collection Of Personal Information
We will collect personal data (your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you make a purchase from our store in order to process your order, communicate with you about your order and to arrange delivery with a postal or courier service.
Card Payment Security
Even though you enter your card details on our checkout page, they are sent directly to Stripe’s secure servers via encrypted fields. We do not see or store any card information. All payments are handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level of security certification in the payments industry).
We also offer PayPal as an alternative secure payment option.
Changes to Purchase Terms
We may at any time revise these Purchase Terms by updating this page without notice. By purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. It is advised that you periodically visit this page to view the current Purchase Terms.
Disclaimer
We take no responsibility for the misuse of any product sold. All products should be used only as intended.
We shall not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Law & Jurisdiction
All goods are sold under English law and any disputes arising in connection with your purchase will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
